By booking notary services with Signature Solutions by Stacy, you agree to the following:

Signature Solutions provides mobile notary services by appointment. We do not draft documents or provide legal advice.

Clients must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of the appointment. No exceptions.

Standard notary and travel fees are disclosed in advance. Additional fees may apply for same-day service, after-hours/weekends, or witness arrangements.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to decline service if:

• A signer is not present or aware
   
• The document is incomplete
   
• Valid ID is not provided
   
• There is suspected coercion, fraud, or duress
   

Signature Solutions by Stacy is not responsible for:

• The legality or content of documents
   
• Missed deadlines due to incomplete client documentation or delays outside our control
